Tracy Hardwick is a modern Renaissance woman. A born performer, Tracy first appeared on stage at the age of of three and hasn’t stopped since!


She’s a singer and an actor, but mostly she is a communicator, and this love of forming a direct connection with people has developed into a passion for sharing what she has learned.


Tracy teaches a range of subjects including speech and drama (with a focus on developing programs for those with special needs), all forms of acting, musical theatre, yoga and wellness.


Tracy performs under the name Tralala, and has recently released an album of the same name.


Tracy Suzanne Hardwick began her performing career at the tender age of three appearing as a ‘Bag of Gold’ in Jack and the Beanstalk. From the role of an inanimate object there followed many summer seasons and pantomimes performing in professional shows in East Anglia in the UK…


Tracy creates workshops and  courses in theatre sports, improv, acting for stage and screen for adults. She also specialises in music and drama for those with special needs.


Tracy has taught yoga for many years and in 2017 started a wellness channel on YouTube called The Feel Good Factor.
