      • A google link will be sent so u can practise and get to know the song, if you wish.
      • The aim of this project is FUN! And do what u can and enjoy the process of making a fun music video, meet like minded friends in an uplifting kind supportive creative environment.Focus is therapeutic movement, music and self expression.

      • Please bring snacks and water with you.
      • Support workers are welcome and invited.
      • There will be a hair and make up artist available on the day. We will begin shooting promptly at 9.30 and we advise ladies to have hair and make up done before hand if they wish. Gentlemen; clean hair, and well groomed.
      • All cast members are to wear clean black trousers/ dance tights and clean black shoes and black socks.And arrive in this, or be ready in this by 9.30 am.
      • The costume top will be made to measure. And given to you on arrival.
